'66 wheels
« on: July 18, 2014, 06:39:49 pm »
Hi folks,
I have just bought my first Mustang a stock '66 coupe. I am thinking of changing the wheels and tyres to something nice. Just wondering what size wheels and tyres people are running? I don't want problems with tyres scraping. The guards haven't been rolled, and I don't really want to. Can anyone recommend some good places to buy wheels and tyres?
Thanks in advance

I've got 225/60/14 on mine...they scrape the upper control arms (just)...not on the guards, and mine sits quite low.

I'd probably get 215's next time.

Mine are P195/75 R14 92S. If your car is not yet registered in SA and still LHD you will need standard wheels.
