A lot of the work (body, paint and some of the interior) was performed in the US Des but there was also a fair bit done here to finish it off.

ok my mistake I thought it was ready to roll. Expect you figured the best way to achieve a fantastic Mustang. It does have the creature comforts of a Lincoln but is still a Ford and I envy you. Hopefully with sale of my collection I can complete my projects I am giving my son the Tbird will be his anyway.

A LHD vehicle requires an exemption letter that goes with the car to drive on our roads. I cant say why as it is the requirement. The letter must be kept in the car and produced if required. The good thing is that my rego for the year was about $146 and no stamp duty when it was registered as a historic vehicle. Can drive up to 90 days per year by log book which is plenty.

Fuel economy will probably be difficult to judge for me as it will be used from time to time but I will try and keep a track of it.

A LHD vehicle requires an exemption letter that goes with the car to drive on our roads. I cant say why as it is the requirement.
The exemption letter includes photos of the car at the time of rego inspection.
I believe its to stop people modding their cars after inspection, as we have no yearly inspections in S.A. .
