That will be my Father-in-Law :)  Its an '06 Saleen Convertible build #416 (hence 416).  Auto, 4.6L modular motor.  He recently picked it up to replace his '01 convertible.

A very nice drive I must say, a lot of fun.  I did however tried to convince him that a '67 Shelby 428CJ was a better investment for the money :)  But, he likes his late model stuff.

BTW, first post :)  so Hi to all from another Perth Mustang lover.  Looking to buy a '66/'67 coupe in the very near future.
welcome aboard ,you & the father in law should come along on the cruise on the 20th Jan, most welcome, regards Ross

If I'm not offshore then I'll definitely come along (I work in malaysia at the moment, Oil & Gas), will also try and convince FIL to come along to.  Might be an excuse to borrow the Stang :)

Jay, I wish my FIL was into Mustangs like yours is.... if he doesnt want to joint the club make sure you convince him it is a good thing if you do and get along in the convertible..... it is a very nice looking piece of Mustang art..... and it would be sensational to get it to the Nationals in March.  As Ross said you are more than welcome to joint he cruise on the 20th (as are all non members it is a good way to break the ice and see we dont have 2 heads like Corvette owners ;3), it would be great to see the car there!

As for the other Mustangs Dynamic that you saw we need to get these guys involved in the club.  It is surprising that there are so many out there but the real enthusiasts just dont get to see them!!!! ;]  At the very least refer them to this forum or get them to send an e-mail from the contact us page on the WA site. :a

I will do my best to be there, and bring along the Mustang with or without FIL :)

While I'm at it, anybody know of any 66 or 67 Coupes up for sale, or potentially for sale.  Looking for something neat, straight, & rust free up to $25k.  Will also consider an unfinished project.

68/ OR 7 FASTBACK RED GT , sadly motionless on the side of the road north of malaga.

Many other fords around it so i assume it was fairly simple breakdown.

Looked like a great car from the kerb

Spotted pcoe428 with a For Sale in the back window.
Some one is going to get hurt ;]

Hope you get OBO on your asking price. It's a steal if that is the ride you're after.

All the best with the sale Ross.

Saw once many moons ago a White '70 Cobra Jet. Never seen it since.

Did you hear of the "Shelby" that apparently has low low miles and the guy was offered 6 figures before they were worth 6 figures?

I used to no a guy that said his neighbor had two mustangs that were shed dwellers and never came out to play one was a boss and the other could have been the shelby. There was something said about 6 figures.
