Stopped in today to check things out.... maybe i'll keep it complete stainless look? settle im just kidding, also managed to pick up an AOD to put in to replace the C4, it has apparently been reco'd previously and looks very clean, but will be sending it to be checked out, it was to be put into another project known to the people doing mine but a change of plans or lack of funds im not sure, regardless its now going into this one.....

Coming along nicely, are you going to install the other torque box on the right side?

Welcome to the forum and all it's info.
You will be going back to bare metal everywhere won't you? Going to all this work for what looks like will be a top job ALL the old paint needs to come off.
Are you staying with the Green or something else?

Hi Stormin, yes mate will be going back to bare metal, ive dead set gone through a million colour combo's it seems I may just stick with the original green colour, but change the interior from the ivy green to predominately black, but thats still a while off so no doubt will change my mind and go through the full circle again!

:agree: Love the original ivy gold colour but I would definitely change the interior to black - perfect colour combination.

These guys are doing a great job. Should be great when finished . I love the 1 piece floor pan. The only way to go for excellent results.

Its starting to look a bit like a car again, put the panels on today to work on alignment before everything goes back to bare metal, its become obvious that even though I have owned this girl for 18 years its had a rear ender at some stage in its lifetime, so they have realigned the basically new front end, and work on the other panels has been causing some stress in getting it right!

the guy doing all the work loves working on the car, except for today! but as he isn't the boss and there is plenty of general work to be done in the shop, he goes for as long as he can until diverted to other work, I'm certainly not complaining, has done a heap of work the past three weeks for sure

picked up a final patch panel for inside the rear right trunk area yesterday, update was that all body work should be completely finished by the end of the week, need to seriously start considering colour options now, its all getting a bit real, will grab some more pics of the shell ready to go at the end of the week
