200ci motor wanted

Hi all.
In need of a 170ci or 200ci motor complete and running for my Xm wagon. Would be open to getting a 302 Windsor for it but would have to have a c4. After Somthing quick as the motor in it won't pass roadworthy been that its too smokey and struggles to run under load. Can anyone help?
