Parkerising Kits - where are they?.

I'm wanting to parkerised many of my parts but have not been able to find any kits or manganese phosphate in retail form in Australia, cold kits are out there and providers of parkerising services, just no kit. Cannot import from the US either. Anyone had any luck in this area?

Thanks, I did look at that site but noticed it was a cold method which rubs off. Many gunsmiths also offer something similar called blueing which can scratch or rub off.
