Stolen Postie Bike - 9th May 2012
« on: May 15, 2012, 06:47:33 pm »
Hi everyone, I know it's no Shelby GT350 or the like, but it was mine, I loved it and I used it to get to work and back and around town when the weather permitted.
My little rocket was taken from out the front of my place in Newport Victoria in the early hours of the 9th of May 2012. Is the standard CT110 Honda Postie bike
Vin: JH2JD01U66K507211
Eng: JD0E2607232
Date: 2008
Reg: 1C6SW
The main obvious difference is a performance exhaust it had on i and a lockable  styled box o the back, but the box is easily removed.
If you see or her of her can you call me on 0425838387
Thanks
Andrew

Coops, as long as the boys in blue have the engine No. you'll be right.  It will be the kids that ride along the bike path there and down adjacent to the river.

I have some :fantastic: news!!!!
It's still no Shelby, but the cops found my Postie bike and also caught the scrum bags that stole it. She is a little damaged and worse for wear with a few things miss, but she is back home tucked into bed recovering.
When asked by the cops why they stole all these items, they went on a bit of a "shopping spree", their answer was "
Well people leave stuff in their cars and leave their cars (and my postie bike) out so they must not want them or care about them, so we just take them....
When asked if someone stole their car, what would they do to the thief, answer- "Bloody kill them" different rules for different people...
Well it back and that's all that matters. Now with 2 bigger paddle locks on her...
Stay safe:cheers::cheers:

Excellent news Coops. I sort of know how you feel as I have a Postie too, and I had a car stolen a couple of months ago.
The worst thing about it is that the POS's that stole it will get a community based order or something similar.
What I'd really like the Magistrate to do is to sentence them to 5 minutes in a room with you and an axe handle. :bats:
