Its not a real problem unless you want your stang std factory ,if it doesnt worry you it still fits the same ,just get the right offset on your wheels .I have 68 Diff in my 66 ,but mine is a 9 inch and boy are they hard to find in a 66 . an 8 inch will be easy to find .
