info needed re top suspension arms on 69

hi there in process of cleaning up all front  suspension parts while its all off the car  need some advice with the top arms  how does the shaft that bolts to shock tower  come apart from the arm are the bushes a press fit or do thay screw in.  the pictures ive got arnt to clear .sorry dont have photos.:feedback:

A lot of people put a tack weld on these end caps to stop them coming loose, so look for that before you try to undo them.

ok thanks for that ive been swinging of them with two 18 inch shifters and thay wont move . cheers.:banghead:

New arms are cheaper than fixing the old ones, I find.
