Another great day out for a cruise with the boys.  Thanks for Johnno and Kerry for providing the BBQ and a great spot to have the Longford Luncheon.  I reckon this could be an annual thing.

It was good to get the car out and blow a few of those nasty cobwebs away.

Thanks again.     :thumb:

Thanks to you blokes who came down from Melbourne. Had a ball travelling with you and thanks to Johnno for his hospitality.
Felt strange being the only coupe in amongst five fastbacks.

Thanks to everyone involved for a great day out.
From organising the day to start with to being treated to a great place to "hang out" with a great feed to top it off.
It was a great team effort by all.

Great spot you have Johno. A flat backyard with lawn as thick as plush pile carpet.

A great shed or "Man Cave".

I got home with an something I didn't have when I started, a sunburnt drivers (left) side arm. I Guess the sun was on my arm AM on the way there, and on the other side of the sky PM on the way home.
Perfect red arm recipe!!!

See you all on the next run

We were more than happy to provide the venue and pretty happy all you guys n girls made the effort to visit both Tim's place, and our little Ranch.
The weather we ordered was spot on too, eh?:smile01:
Some of those pics are "special" and we would be happy to host it again.
Tim's finished vert will add to it next time as well.
To set this up in 48 hrs was pretty easy with like minded thinking.
Loved having you all here , so call in if you are through this way again.
Always welcome.:welcome:

Johnno & Kerry.

OK, its that time of year again for the annual "Cruise to Johnno's".

It will be either on Fri 28th or Sat 29th of Dec.  It will more than likely be the Friday but if anyone wanting to go has a problem for that day please let us know early and we'll move it to Saturday.

Like last years, it will be a run up the highway, part shed run to check out Timmy's build , J1's brake remodel and a bbq lunch/drink/show and shine at the Johnson estate and a gingerly run home again after being fed.

If everyone brings a bit, we'll have alot and should be a great day out.

Who is up for it?

It looks like Macka has picked a perfect day to cruise/convoy down here to Longford on Friday 28th December for our annual BBQ.
The weather is going to be around 23 C and only a small possibility of an early morning clearing light shower, so................ :thumb:
We will visit Tim's place around the corner too, for a look at his Vert progress and then have a nice BBQ in my mancave to celebrate the festivities of the season. Here you can checkout the disc brake conversion that Tim did on J1's 65 Coupe.
Kerry and I look forward to seeing any of you that would like to enjoy a cruise, a bit of car stuff, some motoring memorabilia and associated displays, signs, flags, and nic nacs associated with our car passion. See Macka's posts re times/pick up or meeting points for the cruise.
We will have a couple of BBQ's and some chairs and tables so maybe just bring your drinks, any specially desired foods , perhaps some outdoors chairs etc. We have a big trampoline for any kids and lots of animals to check out in neighbouring properties.
We have plenty of room for parking with lots of shade and indoors party room.
We all had a great time last year and look forward to another top day. :thumb:
Any queries can be directed to me on 0409 802 672.  Cheers Johnno.
