I'm nackered. Just finished tarting up the car for tomorrow.

Signed up for the show n shine without really knowing what was involved so might just leave it to those in the know and just display the Mach 1 this year.

I just made the trip from Bendigo to Melbourne, and it was starting to get pretty rough out there. First good run in my 70 since driving it from Sydney a year ago.

Looks like tomorrow is going to be a good day, and just some showers late afternoon to trouble us.

I'm in the Westmeadows area near Melbourne Airport.....Anyone leaving from or around this or surrounding areas.......Just makes it easier to follow someone who knows the quickest and direct way to get there........

If you can find your way onto Princes H'way and head outbound towards Dandenong.
Turn right at Jones Rd which is diagonally opposite Bunnings, and follow this until it crosses over a railway line . It then becomes Bennet St and the Showgrounds are on your right.

well there you go.

i thought i would have a nice day out in the sunshine meeting a few people at the show.

instead we spent most of the morning in the Austin hospital with my 7 year old. after 7 hours we got home at 9.00 ish and i have to say we was stuffed.

cant win, anyway we did get to the show around 1.30pm. saw some excellent cars, i was feeling pretty dissapointed but what can you do.

needless to say my boy is bouncing around like nothing happend

To our Gippsland cruisers, well done all.
Next year we will leave a little earlier and probably have several more in the convoy.
It was great cruising up the Princes H'way with all you Mustang fans....................lets do it bigger and better next year.

G'day to all Forum Members.
I wish to express my thanks to all who offered information and assistance to get to the Dandenong Showgrounds.Unfortunately I could not make it,and believe me I regret it.The weather looked bleak and I must say there are a lot of optimistic muzzy owners out there.It would have been a great day for the convertible owners.All going well I plan to be there next year.
The big boy upstairs listened to your prayers and he must be an avid muzzy lover.

Are there any similar gatherings of mustangs coming up in 2011 or 2012.....in Victoria.....?????

Anxious!! theres the American Breed Show at the Manhattan Hotel on the 20th November? its always a good day with a good representation of Muzzys and also a variety of other American muscle
