As jusTANG said, E-go. I use them several times a week. I sent an engine, a gearbox and other engine parts last week through them. Very cheap and easy.
At times their service can be a couple of days slower but the cheaper price makes up for that.

Try EJ Shaws, they are based on the Northern Beaches in Sydney and run up and back once a week to Brisbane...
