Hi, heres a an unusual one. I have a 65 fastback which I am currently doing a full resto on but I have used the dash out of 65 Ford Australia car which was destroyed years ago. The reason I have used this dash is that is actually a pressed RHD dash with no cut & shuts from the factory. This dash was used on some export cars & you can pick them by the curve in the middle around the radio. It curves out where as the LHD dash curves in. The problem I have got now is the genuine dash pad will not fit because of this curve being the other way & the 2 studs in the middle of the crash pad end up lining up over the radio hole rather than the 2 holes they are supposed to line up with. Any one struck this one before & what dash pad do I use ?
