66 front wheel bearings

Hi guys,

I'm trying to track down some part numbers but not having much luck.

I need to replace the front wheel bearings for a Kelsey Hayes disc set-up.

Otherwise, does anyone know which local falcon bearings definitely interchange? I've been told everything from "maybe" XR to "I think" XW.

if you have the bearings out either measure them ID, OD and width, or take them to your local bearing supplier ( ie CBC) and they should be able to match them

I just changed mine on a 65 with Kelsey Hayes. I asked for XT falcon front wheel bearings.

Thanks Rob. That pretty much confirms the XR advice.

I wouldn't be asking here if I had the bearings out.....I'm on a pretty severe time restriction that means I need to be able to pull the bearings and replace them in one go. Should have it done tonight.
