I'm thinking about putting a set of Flowmasters on. Can anyone tell me what they are worth and where I can get a good deal? I'm in Melbourne.

You will not beat Summit racing..... especially the way the dollar is .
Wouldn't be surprised if they were triple the price in oz.

Thanks guys. Only problem with Summit is that freight is a killer.

Just had a new 2.25" system fitted to my 66 coupes.  I used Series 40 Delta Flows  - offset in/centre outlet from Summit.  One good thing is that Summit allows you to choose the shipping method (post or courier) and hence the price - it still costs but they arrived quickly.  The mufflers do have a burble to them but I have not had them out on the highway yet.  The Delta 50's are supposed to be quieter but are longer - they could be a tight fit not sure if there is enough space

Billabong.

I got a pair of Flowmaster 40s imported in the back of someones car. I got a price from Repco and they were ... wait for it ...  $ 340 or so each !!!!

My response was 'Do they come with a free LCD TV in them ?'

So , yeah, even with freight, it must be cheaper than sourcing them locally. Repco are the local distributors.

I also got a pair of Hooker Aeros from Speed Pro in Hallam - much better value at only $125 each.

Cheers,
Frank.
