Very sad news just in. Long time MOCA Vic member and concours stalwart Mal Rapsey passed away suddenly yesterday after a severe heart attack. Mal was well known for his amazing 1970 Boss302. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him. I would like to pass on condolences to the Rapsey family on behalf of the committee and all at MOCA Vic.

Wow, I was only talking to Mal at the VIC State Concours the other day, though he did have an air of 'stress' about him at the time.
