i am not sure how to report this, did someone else want to report it?

I asked him to confirm and told him it isn't a mustang vin, he said it is correct to me also. No idea how to report it.

It is quite possible it has a police number.

Could be for any number of reasons. If thats the case the value as a concourse type build would be reduced, but as a restomod who cares. Not my cup of tea but I have seen plenty of worse fastbacks sell for much more.
