hi guys who is going to the Emerald all ford day this weekend?,
im looking at driving there fromMackay its a 4hr trip and im only intrested in mustangs and if the club is there im looking at joining again.
i heard there is a club run up to the event?

Emerald is only an hour or so out of Melbourne. If you can make it there from Mackay in 4 hrs or so, you are Superman!::

I think this is the show near the Fairbairn State Forest..Sunshine State.............

even has an Airport        and airline..........

Our Emerald is even lucky to have a petrol bowser.  :w

Gee. That has come up quick!!
I wish i could go but i gotta work!! :_  :_  :_  People should go.. Its 4 hrs from where i am in Gladstone to. 3 hrs from Rocky so yeah it would be good to go..

Hey if you do go, please be sure to take some photos, would love to see them

yes im going the show is not until sunday at 10am ,dont worry ill be taking thousands of pics,a heap of mustangs will be there so it should be a great event

just got back from the all ford day in Emerald,

i found it to be a poor turn out for Mustangs and there was no sign of the club banner anywhere?.
and no one was wearing club t-shirts?.
was looking at joining up at the event, if there are no club runs up this way seems like a waste of money this far north!!

Hey guys,
Sorry been off line a bit lately. I took the drive out from Biloela and thought it wasn't too bad of an event. Suppose need to remember what it was built from which was a Ford GT car event, which there were plenty of.
Also there was a crap load of motor sport event on this weekend with the V8's running at Ipswich, the Mustang car club of Quensland had a run to Montville, I think there was a Hot Rods run in Hervey Bay and the speedway state titles were on in Rocky. So can understand why the numbers may be down.
For the mustang side of things there were a few of the years shown, a couple being;

70 Mach1
69 Mach 1
65 GT350
07 GT
66 Coupe

yes there was a few mustangs there but no mustang owners club banners,which would of been a good idea and a great chance to get new members.
