    Fake supercharger

    The engine in my 2021 GT convertible makes a whistling/whirring noise as if it has a supercharger, most noticeable in enclosed spaces. It increases in intensity when revving slightly.
    I have only had the vehicle for 12 months and when I took it for a service at 26000 km the servicing dealer did not know what is causing it and wants to have the car for a whole day to investigate. If it is not a warranty issue that will probably cost me heaps. I just want to know if it something to be concerned about.
    Anybody had the same issue.
